If the Healthy Body Drop, Do It!

When the condition of the body is being dropped because too tired then the energy intake needed to help her spirit back. Here are the things one must do if her body is tired or drop.

The body is tired or exhausted can be caused by many factors, like most activities, sleep less, stress, depression, the influence of weather, certain diseases until many thoughts that can cause stress to the body.

Body condition or are tired of this drop should not be taken lightly because it can cause several effects to the body. Therefore to know what things should be done when the body is tired, as quoted by WebMD, Tuesday (22/02/2011) :


1. Rest to regain energy
When tired, the body generally does not get enough energy intake, because it's taking a break or do a short afternoon nap can help the body get energy and relieve fatigue.

2. Do not skip breakfast
When tired of people generally become less appetite to eat, but you should not skip breakfast even if not hungry. Studies show breakfast can make someone feel better mentally and physically well, and can reduce levels of stress hormone cortisol.

3. Eat every 3-4 hours
Eating a meal every 3-4 hours with a schedule of three times the size of the meal and two snacks can help keep blood sugar and energy levels steady throughout the day.Choose foods that contain lots of fiber that can provide resistance to energy and intake of omega-3 which may prompt the body to store carbohydrates in the form of glycogen (the storage form of glucose).

4. Consuming water so the body stay hydrated
Mild dehydration can cause thickening of blood vessels, forcing the heart to pump harder to carry blood to the cells and organs, this condition resulting in fatigue. Besides taking the water can refresh the mind and nerves so that someone can get the energy back. Water consumption can also be obtained from fruits such as watermelon, oranges.

5. Avoid caffeine when the body is tired
Beverage caffeine is believed to help a person stay awake. But if the condition of the body is tired or exhausted, then the body needs is rest and do not force him to stay awake. In addition caffeine consumption can also disrupt sleep quality at night.

6. Listen to soothing music
Listening to music is one of the most effective ways to reduce tension, distracts your body from fatigue and boost energy. For the body to rest properly, try a pair of soothing music with her eyes closed on the bed.

7. Spend some time in the morning sunlight
Try to take a moment to get the morning sun.
 This is because sunlight can be very beneficial for your health and can make a person active in the daytime.

8. Doing light exercise
When tired people are lazy to do anything, but try to do light exercise like walking, cycling or swimming. Mild exercise will provide movement throughout the body and get enough oxygen intake.
